/ - Lawitt Hamilton among the TOP-5 Russian law firms according to Kommersant
On 26 March 2018, Publishing House Kommersant released its annual survey on the Russian legal-services market. Lawitt Hamilton was recognized as one of Russia’s best law firms in the area of Fintech.
In the “Best Sectoral Practices” category of the Kommersant ranking, international consulting company Lawitt Hamilton took 4th place on the list of the TOP-5 Russian law firms specializing in the Fintech field.
“We thank our clients for the confidence they’ve placed in us, and the Kommersant ranking for conducting such a comprehensive survey and recognizing our experience in one of the most dynamically-developing legal fields – Fintech. Despite the relatively-recent spike in universal interest in blockchain, our team has amassed an impressive wealth of experience supporting projects in the area of digital and blockchain technologies throughout the world,” notes Lawitt Hamilton Managing Partner Angelina Fitoz on the firm’s inclusion in the ranking.
Lawitt Hamilton assists clients in developing the best corporate structure for conducting ICOs, determining the optimal legal and tax structure, and integrating the chosen legal model into the existing business within the shortest-possible timeframe. The practice has developed a unique product – a symbiosis of legal and technological solutions (IT + Legal) and a platform for conducting ICOs, packaged with all of the required legal documents and stipulations.
PH Kommersant has now published its ranking of the legal-services market for the fourth time. The ranking is intended to provide legal-services customers with a “roadmap” to the market, which is structured to suit the potential needs of business, investors and private individuals. This year, the ranking was divided into three nominating categories: “Best Legal Practices,” “Best Sectoral Practices” and “Leading Lawyers.”
The full version of the ranking is published in the “Legal Business” supplement to Kommersant newspaper (Supplement №50 dated 26.03.2018, pg. 14), and is also accessible via the link.
